Does your neck feel like itโs holding up more than just your head by 3 PM? If you're spending hours at a desk, that "heavy" feeling in your shoulders is your bodyโs way of asking for a break.
Before you reach for another coffee, try this 30-Second Desk Reset:
โญ๏ธ The Chin Tuck: Sit up tall and gently draw your chin straight back (like youโre making a double chin). Youโll feel a stretch at the base of your skull.
