Today was the first of our 3-part group series… and holy hell, it was powerful. 🔥🐍

Shedding the last of the s**t from the Year of the Snake - and every single one of the 6 women showed up for themselves, fully. No hesitation. No pretending. They knew exactly what they came here to do.

We had it all…
Tears. Coughing. Yawning. Movement. Stillness. Swearing (mostly me… iykyk 😅)
Visualisations… and even moments of pure euphoria.

Every woman released in the exact way her body knew how to. No forcing. No performing. Just truth.

I’m so bloody grateful - not only for the work itself, but for everyone walking through those doors, ready to stand in their power and in their truth. ✨

As we approach the closing of the Lunar Year, there is a powerful invitation to pause, reflect and consciously shed what no longer belongs.

The Year of the Snake 🐍 has been one of deep unraveling - old skins falling away, truths surfacing, layers releasing. This work has been subtle, internal, sometimes uncomfortable… and profoundly transformative.

Before we move into the Year of the Horse 🐎, with its energy of momentum, vitality, forward motion and embodied freedom, we are being asked to clear the residue - to make space in the nervous system for what’s next.

And this feels like the perfect container to do that.

The Christmas/New Year space felt like an invitation for me to stop and EXHALE - to reflect, rest and gently recharge.

I’m still shedding the residue of 2025, and honestly, that feels deeply appropriate. With the lunar year not truly beginning until February 17th, there’s a sense that integration is still unfolding.

So much was brought to the surface last year - big lessons, layers, truth, a softening - and I’m allowing it all to land, settle and alchemise in its own time.

My first week back in clinic has now wrapped up, and wow… it’s been full. 8 Incredible humans. Deep physical and internal releases. Moments of hope, reflection, softness and courage. The kind of work that reminds me, again and again, why this path chose me.

I feel incredibly blessed to call this my work, and deeply humbled by the support, trust and presence I receive from each person who walks through my door. Thank you, truly.
Who knows what this year will bring… but I’m here for it, with an open heart and steady hands ✨
