Quick, easy press-ons meant I was free to work a fully booked week, enjoy wedding prep things, and create a beautiful wedding cake for the bride and groom. Missed all my girls at this weekend’s nail expo. 🥹 It looked amazing. Although I couldn’t be there, I was so grateful to be represented along side with my TIP’s positive vibes collection. 💙 Today is TIPS Tuesday, and for the month of April, it’s Teal Tuesday 🦋 My favorite day of the week. 🥰 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Believe in the power of quotes. For anybody suffering from any disorder, quotes, or as I like to call them, TIPS, are invaluable.

When you’re at a low point in your life, which is common for PMDD sufferers, being reminded of your worth grounds you in your truth. What your beliefs are, who you really are in the world, who your tribe is, and who you are to them.

Your disorder is going to try to convince you otherwise. But don’t believe the lies. You are not your disorder. You are enough, and you are loved. ♥️
