Good filler shouldn’t be the first thing people notice.

The best results are usually the ones that look subtle, balanced, and natural — where someone simply looks softer, healthier, or less tired without obvious change.

Filler isn’t about adding volume everywhere.
It’s about careful placement, proportion, and supporting areas that naturally change over time.

Often, less done well gives the most beautiful results.

If you've ever worried about looking overdone, choosing the wrong treatment, or ending up disappointed with your results — you're not alone.

Most people assume the product is what determines the outcome.

But in reality, the best results often come from what happens before treatment begins.

The conversation.

The assessment.

The planning.

Taking the time to understand what bothers you, what you're hoping to achieve, and what will actually help.

Aesthetic treatments are surprisingly precise. Small differences in dosing, placement, technique, and treatment planning can make a significant difference to the final result.

That's why every consultation is tailored to you.

No two faces are the same.

No two treatment plans should be either.

The goal isn't simply to perform a treatment.
It's to understand your goals, provide honest advice, and create a plan that's right for you.

If you're curious about aesthetic treatments but unsure where to start, a consultation is the best first step.

When people think of dermal filler, they often picture overfilled lips or puffy faces.

But good filler should never be the first thing people notice.

In many cases, it's not about adding more volume. It's about carefully restoring balance and support where it has naturally changed over time.

The best results are often the ones nobody can quite put their finger on.

You still look like yourself. Just a little fresher, more rested, and more confident.

That's why every treatment starts with a personalised assessment and treatment plan.

✨ Natural results begin with thoughtful planning.

Same-day Lip Filler Results ✨️

A subtle enhancement focused on hydration, definition and balance, while keeping the lips soft and natural-looking.

Thank you to this lovely client for trusting me with her beautiful lips.

These photos were taken immediately after treatment, so some swelling and redness are expected while the lips settle.

💉 Behind every treatment is ongoing education.

This week I had the opportunity to undertake hands-on training with Relfydess®, a newer anti-wrinkle neurotoxin.

Before introducing any treatment into clinic, I take time to evaluate the clinical evidence, safety profile, patient experience and treatment outcomes to ensure it aligns with the standard of care I want to provide.

At this stage, I'm still assessing whether Relfydess® is something I may offer in the future, but it's exciting to explore new options and stay up to date with advances in aesthetic medicine.

Have you heard of Relfydess® before?

👇 Let me know if you'd like to learn more about how it compares with other anti-wrinkle treatments.

Relfydess® prescription medicine contains 150 units of relabotulinumtoxinA for the treatment of frown lines and crow's feet around the eyes. Relfydess has risks and benefits. Ask your healthcare professional if Relfydess is right for you and to explain the possible side effects. Tell them if any side effects concern you. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU ARE GIVEN. For details on precautions and side effects, see the Consumer Medicines Information at www.medsafe.govt.nz. Unfunded for aesthetic indications. Product and treatment costs apply. Relfydess is a registered trademark of Galderma Holding S.A.

A little glimpse into my day ☕️🤍

People often assume that because I work in skin, I've always had great skin myself.

But honestly, that wasn't the case.

I've experienced breakouts, post-acne marks, dehydration and dullness over the years, and I know how frustrating it can feel when you're trying your best but still not seeing the results you want.

One thing I've learnt is that healthy skin is a lot like going to the gym — it's not about finding one miracle product or treatment. It's about having the right plan and being consistent.

That's why I value both skincare and treatments. Treatments can help target specific concerns, while skincare is what supports and maintains your skin every day at home.

And that's also why I love what I do.

Whether it's skincare, skin treatments or injectables, my goal is never to sell more treatments — it's to help people understand their options and create a plan that feels right for them.

Because healthy skin isn't about perfection. It's about feeling more confident in your own skin 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions about anti-wrinkle treatments is that results suddenly “wear off” overnight.

In reality, when treatments are done conservatively and appropriately, results usually fade gradually and naturally over time.

For most people, anti-wrinkle treatments last around 3–4 months — although this can vary depending on the individual.

The goal isn’t to look frozen.
It’s to soften lines while still keeping natural movement and expression.

Over time, treatments may also help prevent lines from becoming more deeply etched

Natural results aren’t about doing less.
They’re about doing it properly.

The goal of anti-wrinkle treatments isn’t to make you look frozen or different.
It’s to soften lines while still keeping natural movement and expression.

When treatments are tailored properly, people usually won’t notice what you’ve had done — they’ll just think you look more refreshed.
