Winter Solstice Yoga - Sunday 21st June

As we approach Winter Solstice this month on Sunday 21st June, we acknowledge the shortest day and the longest night of the year. A time to celebrate the returning of light.

Come and join together on Winter Solstice for cosy yoga, intention setting, stillness and drawing inward of the senses. A time to let go of all you have been holding and surrender into long held stretches, fully supported by props. A time to rest and digest. A time to let your nervous system settle, to allow body and mind to relax.

This month's Rest and Digest Yoga will take place on Winter Solstice, at 2pm on Sunday 21st June. The session will be held at 63 Main Street, Greytown and cost is $20. Rest and Digest yoga will be 75 minutes and spaces are strictly limited. All props you require will be provided but please wear warm cosy layers and bring a blanket for extra comfort.
