I've noticed this time of year skin becomes dry and looks really dull. This is the time of year when the elements hit us pretty hard.
Our skin being at the front of line when it comes to defenses, generally gets put at the bottom of the health list especially when life is busy and other priorities come into factor.

For me, (hence the pictures, now it all makes sense! 💡 🤣)
I have K.P also known as Keratosis Pilaris and this shows up on the back of my arms and tops of my thighs they look like pimples or little red rashy bumps! I hid my arms for years and was really embarrassed about them for a substantial period of my life. I could insert sob story here how it affected my confidence etc.. we could be here days 🤣
I've been treating them for the past 2 months and have seen some really amazing results with the Osmosis Beauty and wellness products.
