I’ve just had a couple of spots open up for this Saturday’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage Self-Care Workshop at the Mosgiel Holistic Centre.

This is a relaxed, practical day designed to help you better understand your lymphatic system and, most importantly, give you simple tools and techniques you can use at home to support your own lymphatic health.

Throughout the day we’ll cover hydration, nutrition, movement, breathwork, facial and full-body lymphatic self-clearance, foam roller stretching, dry brushing and other useful self-care tools.

You’ll also take home a comprehensive workbook to guide you afterwards, plus your own self-care goodie bag with practical tools to get you started — including a dry body brush, one of my Detox Time massage bars and other goodies.

Saturday | 10am–4pm

$280 per person
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included.

If you’d like to grab one of the remaining spots, send me a message and I’ll get you booked in.
