A change to my practice

After a great deal of thought, I’ve made the decision to close the hands-on treatment side of my business, including massage therapy and lymphoedema management.

**My final day of hands-on treatments will be Wednesday 21 October 2026.**

This hasn’t been an easy decision. Working with you over the years has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve been very fortunate to have such wonderful clients who have trusted me with their care. I’m genuinely grateful to every person who has walked through my door and allowed me to be part of their health and wellbeing journey.

However, after many years of hands-on work, my body is telling me that it’s time for a change. I want to step away from regular treatment work while I’m still able to make that decision on my own terms, rather than waiting until my body makes the decision for me.

While I’m closing the treatment side of my business, I’m **not stepping away from the work I love**. I’ll continue developing my work in oncology massage education and training through Oncology Massage NZ, and I’m looking forward to exploring some new directions for the future.

To those of you who have been coming to me for years, and to those who may have only recently become clients, **thank you**. Thank you for your trust, your conversations, your stories, your laughter and, sometimes, your tears. It has been a privilege to work with so many wonderful people.

Closing this part of my business feels like the end of a significant chapter, but I’m also excited about what comes next.

Caring for someone with cancer can be scary and lonely. This workshop empowers carers with the confidence to give loving touch to loved ones experiencing cancer.
