It's genuinely one of the most underrated workouts out there, and you might not have tried it before, but trust us when we say... you should give it a go.

Just thirty minutes in the lap pool and you'll wonder why you haven't been doing this all along.

We've broken it down into a simple warm up, main set and cool down - freestyle and breaststroke to go at your own pace.
