But I’ve had a sneak peek at what’s already here and I am absolutely wrapped — the quality is 🔥 and the printing is chef’s kiss. (Would be only fair to share my sneak peek though ay)

4.5 weeks of being the lash room then re set up for my space

And of course, we had to find a spot for young Eli — our wee speedway demon that we’ve been proudly sponsoring for the past couple of years at Mint Hair 🔥
Even though the business has been sold, our support for Eli doesn’t stop here. We’re excited to continue sponsoring him on his speedway journey through Medusa’s Dreadalicious 💚

✨ Room update ✨

The room is ready… but not for Medusa’s Dreadalicious just yet 😅

Unfortunately, my station and Charlotte’s lash setup won’t all fit comfortably in there. So for now, I’ve let Charlotte have the room until she moves out mid-July. That means I’ll be continuing to work from the lounge temporarily — and honestly, it still has such a relaxing vibe, so I’m not mad about it at all ✨

We could have both fitted, but it would’ve been a very tight squeeze, and we both agreed we didn’t want to work in a cramped space. Comfort and good energy always come first 🤍

I also want to give a massive shout-out to Charlotte — I only managed to do the first coat of paint before my wrists started playing up from carpal tunnel, and Charlotte was an absolute champ and smashed out the next two coats that were needed 💪💚 Couldn’t have done it without her.

Also, just a heads up — the green in the photos looks waaaaay brighter than it is in real life 😅😂 (got to love how photos turn out 🤣, the accuracy of green is in the 2nd photo)
It’s actually a really nice, calming green in person. We went with green because it fits that natural, earthy vibe 🌿

With that, I’ve got a few spaces available next week if anyone is needing maintenance done.

Good morning happy Tuesday, we hope everyone had a great 3 day weekend. We got that 2nd coat of paint on last night.

The dreadlock product order has finally cleared customs 🙌 so hopefully that arrives by end of the week. Stay tuned for updates.

We’ve had a busy one over here!
Saturday was spent painting the room — first coat down ✔️
Second coat going on this evening

Sunday I took the girls out for lunch… no photos because we were too busy being big backs 😂
Mint Hair has officially come to the end of its era and is now no more.
Keep an eye on the new owners’ pages for renovation updates and opening info ✨

But now… it’s time to focus on my new chapter
