I’m so excited! We are nearing completion of an expansion and decor refresh at Koru Centre! The amazing team at Shuttleworth Painters is doing an outstanding job putting the finishing touches on and dressing the centre for success! So watch this space, I’ll put up photos as it continues to come into manifestation. We’ll have multiple new options for natural healers of all walks to take office space. As the prospect of being back in the clinic seems a bit far off at the moment, I'm feeling grateful to be back in my home based natural skincare formulation lab. I'm at work on updating and improving a few formulations. So far I've created an updated and improved rich hand and body cream, and a magnesium infused body butter for muscle tension. Welcome Spring, I already feel my vitality returning. It's been a long held intention to get this page up, so in the spirit of new beginnings... Vitality is a health and wellness centre right in the heart of Nelson. Currently we have a Naturopath, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Emotion Code Practitioner (Tessa) and a Spiritual Healer and Aura-Soma practitioner (Karen) in residence. We also host a hypnotherapist, massage therapist and Reiki healer and others as visiting practitioners. There are various rooms available for either full time or casual rental.
