Ingredients:�• ½ cup rolled oats�• 1 cup milk of choice (or water)�• 1 tbsp chia seeds�• 1 tsp cinnamon�• 1 tbsp Mānuka honey�• Fresh fruit (banana, berries, or stewed apple)�• Optional: yoghurt, nuts, or coconut flakes
Method:
1. Add oats, milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a pot.
2. Simmer on low heat, stirring until creamy (about 5 mins).
3. Pour into your favourite bowl.
4. Top with fruit and a generous drizzle of Mānuka honey. 🍯
