Easter Opening Hours 🕊️

Football season is BACK, and we couldn't be more excited to kick it off as the official nutrition partner of Nelson Suburbs Football Club. We wasted no time getting stuck in!

Yesterday, we whipped up a big batch of post-match recovery whey protein smoothies for the men's team after their close match against Coastal Spirit. Real ingredients, real fuel, real results. Here's to a big season ahead — on and off the field! 🏆 Thanks to Fruzio and Oaklands for their quality ingredients to help us make this happen.

Happy first week of Autumn, everyone! It's been a busy morning in the store, with many of our customers noticing a significant drop in temperature. If you're feeling the chill, you're definitely not alone. A cold snap, with strong southerlies, is currently sweeping across the country and making its way up North.

This time of year, it's so important to stay on top of things like circulation, immunity and joint health. If you're not sure where to start, pop in and have a chat with us. Garlic, olive leaf and quercetin are all great supplements for Autumn and Winter.

And on a brighter note, pansies, snapdragons and zinnias are coming into season! We'll be swapping out the flowerboxes out the front of the store for gorgeous autumn and winter blooms, so keep an eye out for what's new.
