Two years ago, R&R Studio started as a passion project with a simple goal, to create a space where people could slow down, take care of themselves, and experience the benefits of sauna and cold therapy.

Today we are celebrating our second birthday, and none of this would be possible without you.

To every single person who has walked through our doors, booked a session, shared a post, brought along a friend, recommended us to family, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines, thank you. Your support means a lot.

We will be closed from 15th March until 30th March for a much needed break.

You will still be able to book sessions online either side of these dates, and purchase vouchers online anytime (link in bio).

If you have been thinking about coming in, don’t miss out on the few appointments we have left before we close. Make sure you jump online and secure your spot if you want to squeeze in a session beforehand.

Bookings are also open for when we return, so you can lock in your post break sauna or ice bath now.

I will still be checking emails and messages intermittently, but responses may be a little slower than usual.

We will be back on 30th March, fully recharged and ready to take on the rest of the year with you all
