Started the day in Waitara this morning, then headed to New Plymouth for more foot care appointments and I also dropped off more business cards, and on out to Stratford. Feeling so grateful for the kindness along the way, especially the absolutely delicious homemade baking I was given today. A huge thank you as well for all the donations for my grandchildren, they’re never expected but always appreciated more than words can say. Just a little reminder that December will be here before we know it, and I’m already getting appointments booked into November and December, so get in touch if you’d like to secure a spot.

Just did the prettiest set of soft gel extensions today on a client and I’m honestly obsessed. I finished them off with whipped body butter from Whipped Up. Co, New Zealand owned and manufactured, and it’s such a game changer.

Remembering two people I loved so deeply who are no longer here. What we see on the outside is not always what someone is carrying on the inside. One’s behavior does not always show what they are going through. In most cases, ending your life is a permanent solution for what could be a temporary problem. During September, which is Su***de Prevention Month, and especially on September 10th for World Su***de Prevention Day, I am sharing this to raise awareness because it matters so much to me that others know they are not alone and that help is always worth reaching for.
