The Ultimate Recovery
The golden order: Sauna first, massage second. Our infrared sauna uses far infrared heat to warm the body deeply beneath the skin, helping muscles fully relax and improving circulation. By the time you step into your massage, your muscles are already softened and warmed, allowing the therapist to work more effectively with less discomfort. This enhances deep tissue work, reduces tension more easily, and creates a deeper level of relaxation and recovery.
