Just sharing this again as everyone seems to forget about this. I do send it to everyone when sending details confirming your appointment and it’s also on my page. Any late cancellations/no shows I won’t be rebooking as it wastes my time and takes away an appointment from someone who would show up. I do understand emergencies happen but when it’s just an excuse of I forgot to message etc it won’t be accepted unfortunately.
