We will be spending our first weekend of December with another bunch of local creators, sharing our products with you all. 🤩🤩

December 3rd and 4th we will be at Arena Manawatū participating in the Manawatū Craft and Food Fair.

Be who you are. Your raw authentic self and be unapologetic about it. Don't let society strip you from that and have you think you need to "find" yourself again. Own it.

We all go through things. And if you're like me, it has taken a long time to learn to lean on those around you and accept help from others. I didn't see it as a fail to ask for help, I saw it as me burdening others with a path I chose. But learning to lean when I need to has been the absolute best. Surrounding yourself with like minded people is key, but that topic deserves its own post.

It has been one awesome trip, but today we ready ourselves for home 🤎 back to reality next week and this was the exact break I needed.
Full of learnings, wānanga, whakapapa & so much more. It has been beautiful showing my girl our home and where we are from, we can’t wait for our next trip 🌴🌺

This is so good, I would always try cleaning it with a scrubbing crush, cloth or sponge! Instead, add some warm soapy water and turn it on for 30 seconds! SMART ✨

Voice your concerns, share the load and allow your peers to support you when you need it. Whether it is just a phone call to vent or a phone call for advice. Allow the weight to be lifted and allow your support team to share your load so that you are able to carry on. Don't bottle it up.

Being in a new job that has me sitting all day is definitely tough. But I do try to move and stand and often as I can! I am grateful for my apple watch telling me when I have been sitting for longer than an hour.. 🚶‍♀️
