Strength n Balance class still on today 💪 school holidays won't stop us! Bring the grandies, they can hang out in the lounge area 🎮🧸🎲

Strength and Balance class 💪 is still on over School holidays. So if you have grandkids to mind, that are happy to entertain themselves bring them along! We have a small comfy lounge area they can hang out in and might make new friends with the other kids that come. Bring their favourite toy or lets face it ... device! 🎮🧸🎲

Strength and Balance class 💪 is so much more than the title might suggest. I've noticed lots of new friendships forming, there's always plenty to laugh about, sharing of information and making plans to attend different events and outtings in our area. Also for me I gain immense joy and pride in "my girls" when every week someone tells me something new they have noticed they can now do that they couldn't before; gaining strength, getting their balance back, increase mobility and flexibility, reduced pain... and actually just loving having somewhere fun to go on a Monday.

If it's your first time, or you just want to check it out, you will always be warmly welcomed and I promise you'll "fit right in". 😍

No that is not a typo!! You get the choice of two classes this week. Monday and Thursday. 9.30am same place as usual. 🏋‍♀️🤸🤾‍♂️
