Important Booking & Payment Update – Effective 1st October

Due to an increase in fees from our current booking app, we will be moving to a calendar-based booking system from 1st October.
This will be sent to you via email so you can easily add your appointments to your own calendar.

Payments
• On-site: Cash or EFTPOS
• Deposits: Bank transfer for securing appointments

Deposit Policy for New Clients
• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Deposits can be paid via internet banking.
• Your deposit will be applied as a late cancellation/no-show fee if your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Refunds & Rescheduling
• Deposits are refundable or transferable to a rescheduled appointment up until 48 hours before your booking.
• After the 48-hour cut-off, deposits become non-refundable to cover late cancellations or no-shows.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and illness can’t be planned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we have enough time to offer your spot to another client.
