Flush #2 of 3 today! πΏ
Another very productive flush with some impressive results. The liver is responsible for hundreds of vital functions, including filtering toxins, producing bile, supporting digestion, balancing hormones, and helping regulate cholesterol.
When the liver is functioning well, many people report better digestion, increased energy, improved wellbeing, and a greater sense of vitality.
Looking forward to seeing the results from flush number three later today! π

Palmerston North woman Whitney Gilbertson was diagnosed with bowel cancer in December 2024, two months after she went to hospital complaining of pains after an ab workout.
Bowel cancer doesn't just affect older people. More and more young adults are being diagnosed, often with few or no warning signs.
This inspiring story is a powerful reminder of the importance of listening to your body, seeking medical advice when something doesn't feel right, and not ignoring persistent symptoms.
June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month in New Zealand. Take a few minutes to read this remarkable woman's journey and help spread awareness. Early detection can save lives. π
'Small goals': ManawatΕ« mum's dying wish as she battles for extra time Whitney Gilbertson has been told her cancer has spread and is now terminal.

π June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month π
Bowel cancer is one of New Zealand's most common cancers, yet many people ignore the early warning signs or feel uncomfortable talking about their bowel health.
Symptoms can include: βοΈ Changes in bowel habits βοΈ Blood in the stool βοΈ Persistent bloating or abdominal pain βοΈ Unexplained weight loss βοΈ Ongoing fatigue or low iron levels
Early detection can save lives. Please don't ignore symptoms or put off getting them checked.
As a colon hydrotherapist, I encourage everyone to pay attention to their digestive health and to seek appropriate medical advice if something doesn't feel right. Listening to your body and acting early can make all the difference.
Let's help break the stigma around bowel health and encourage open conversations this June.
π Know the symptoms. π Listen to your body. π Get checked if something isn't right.

As I head off for my winter holiday break next week, to Rarotonga, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. π
Without my wonderful clients, Inner Ecology simply wouldn't exist. I feel incredibly privileged and honoured that so many people place their trust in me and allow me to be part of their wellness journey. πΏ
I'm especially humbled by those who travel from out of town to visit the clinic. π The effort you make to come here never goes unnoticed, and it means more to me than you know.
Thank you for your support, loyalty, kindness, and trust. π I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
Wishing you all good health, happiness, and a wonderful few weeks ahead. βοΈβ¨ I look forward to seeing you when I return.
With gratitude,
