Lip neutralisation is a specialised cosmetic tattoo technique designed to correct and balance cool, dark, uneven, or hyperpigmented tones in the lips. Rather than simply adding colour over the top, the process works by carefully neutralising unwanted undertones first - helping create a softer, brighter, and more even lip appearance while still looking natural. This treatment is especially beneficial for lips with purple, blue, brown, or grey undertones, which can sometimes make the lips appear dull, or ‘cold’ looking. By using custom corrective pigments tailored to your individual lip tone, lip neutralisation helps restore warmth and balance before building toward your desired healed colour.
