Honestly, I'm just so grateful for my health and the body I have. To still be able to get out there, run around, play netball and enjoy these moments with my boy is something I'll never take for granted.

I absolutely love playing netball, but being able to share that love with my son makes it that much more special. 🥹❤️

It's moments like these that remind me how much I appreciate being able to move my body, be active and enjoy doing the things I love with the people I love.

Our bodies do so much for us, and sometimes we forget to appreciate them for what they CAN do, rather than what they look like.

Feeling very blessed and grateful. ❤️

Stepping in front of a camera and putting yourself out there isn't always easy, especially when you know it's going to be shared for everyone to see.

I just want to acknowledge the courage it takes to step outside your comfort zone and give something a go.

Making the most of the school holidays with my babies, my sister and the mokos ❤️ Of course I had to have a turn too, even with my boy giving me s**t saying I might fall 😂 Nothing like your kids having faith in you lol.

Alongside running Goddess, I’m a youth worker in alternative education. I love my mahi, and being able to spend the school holidays with my own boys is something I’m so grateful for.

Life gets busy with work, the business and everything in between, so these moments mean heaps. Just enjoying life with my whānau and making memories 🥰

My hubz creating a safe space for our boys and any other young boys or men who want to come along. An open, positive space to connect, support each other and just be themselves ❤️

So thankful our boys have a role model like their dad. Hoping to inspire our next generation by showing up and being there for them.
