As a solo mama it’s important for me to follow this advice 🤭❤️ taking short breaks from work/life commitments (eg having your lunch away from your desk or spending your weekends and evenings being present with your family) can be a really good way of preventing burnout and fatigue. Take it from me (working crazy long days/weeks lately) if I don’t have the occasional day of rest I become no good to no one 🥰
