If you are new here, I'm Tatia and for over 20 years I have been a holistic practitioner of Therapeutic Massage and Reiki and have moved into transformational coaching in the last 5 years.

I support women who are ready to move byond feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected, and step into a more aligned, fulfilling way of living. My work weaves together massage, Reiki energy healing, and coaching to support you on a physical, emotional and energetic level.

Through intuitive bodywork, energy healing and coaching, I help you to release what your body and mind have been holding onto, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom as we all have the answers in us. This allows you to make clear, aligned decisions and feel more like you again.

Each session is tailored to you. Whether you need deep physical release, emotional support or guidance to move forward.
