What a weekend up at the HYROX training camp in Papamoa
Massive amount of learning, pushing limits, and dialing in the small details that all add up on race day. Huge thanks to Kane and Estelle for sharing so much knowledge and experience over the weekend, unreal environment to be a part of.
Awesome to be surrounded by so many like-minded people all chasing improvement and getting after it

The Tough Realities of Being Injured

Sydney prep in full swing. 🇦🇺
Still no running, but we adapt and keep moving.
95kms on the bike this week, plenty of strength work, conditioning, row, ski, and doing everything possible to stay ready while we wait on MRI results.
Not exactly how I pictured the build, but the goal hasn’t changed.
Next stop: HYROX Sydney 💪
Built through early mornings, long days, setbacks, and sessions nobody sees.
Just focusing on getting better every single day and trusting the process through it all.
No shortcuts, no overnight success, just consistency, discipline, and showing up when it counts.
