The one pan-wonder-worked a treat!
I lined the base with finely sliced onion. Laid down finely sliced potato. Added cauliflower, a handful of baby spinach, a couple blobs of coconut oil, some minced garlic and a drizzle of soy sauce before popping the lid on and crossing my fingers.
It turned out great 👍

Hooray for satay!
This super easy satay sauce was made using smooth peanut butter, water, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pair with your fav veg, tofu, potatoes and rice for an easy meal.

Crispy tempeh flavored with fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, lemon pepper and poppy seeds. Served with sweet chili stir fry and rice.

Creamy mushroom and banana blossom penne.
Plant-based & Gluten-free
Cook diced onion in coconut oil, add diced mushrooms and simmer. Add chopped banana blossom, chives, crushed garlic and coconut cream or coconut yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on cooked pasta or toast.

Not pretty to look at but was absolutely delish!
Teriyaki tofu (pan fry tofu in tamari/soy sauce, coconut nectar, garlic and pepper), creamy pasta (fry red onion, add coconut cream, water, garlic, cheeze/nutritional yeast, heat till hot, add cornflour mixed in cold water to thicken), served with kimchi.
