Just a little note around appointments 💛
With things being a bit unpredictable lately, I’ve been experiencing more last-minute cancellations. As a small, one-person business, this really does have a big impact on my time and income.
Because of this, I’ll be introducing a cancellation policy moving forward. Any late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. This is time that I’ve set aside especially for you and often can’t be filled at short notice.
I completely understand that things come up (life happens!), and I’ll always try to be as fair and understanding as possible 💫
