Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist, and level 6 remedial massage therapist. What is FST and who can benefit from it?
It is a type of stretching that targets the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. Through using traction the entire joint and joint capsule are addressed, this helps to remove restrictions, which can help with increasing range of motion and stimulating lubrication within the joint. It is also addressing the plane/lines of fascia, not just the individual muscle.

And that's a wrap for the year. 2025 has been a very hard year, both on a business perspective, and personal. So I just want to thank all of you that have stuck it out and continue to book in with me, it means a lot to me. Hope everyone has been able to have a safe and good break so far, and see you all in the new year 🙂

My hours are changing! With it being as quiet as it is right now I'm reducing my hours to keep my costs down. So going forward my Saturday hours will be 1-5pm. This is just in Kenepuru.
I've also accepted a new job based in Porirua so in the new year my hours in the CBD will change, probably start at 4.30 or 5pm. To be confirmed though.

It's bring your pet to work day! Lol. Mittens needed some blood tests and I didn't have quite enough time to get home and back so in the clinic she is for an hour or so.
