Triple R

We are in level 2 again, so these are the changes to your massage session until we go back to level 1:

1) A NZ Covid Tracer poster will be available for you to scan with your cell phone, inside the entrance and in the clinic.

2) You will be given hand sanitiser at the entrance. If you have allergies then please bring your own hand sanitiser.

3) The rest of the session will proceed as usual. Your therapist is not required to wear a face mask, but will wear one on your request.

4) After your session you will NOT be given a glass of water. If you feel you need water during the session please bring your own water bottle.

5) Payment by internet banking is preferred, otherwise cash will be accepted but it is preferred to be the exact amount to prevent multiple handling.

6) The clinic, bathroom, front door handles, doorbell will be sanitised and all linen will be replaced between each client’s session.

And please stay at home if you are unwell.

There will be changes to your massage / Bowen Therapy session in level 2 - make sure that you are familiar with them before you come for your 1st session:

1) Before your first session, during level 2, you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire on Triple R's website.

2) For every subsequent session you will be asked to confirm these answers as part of your text reminder.

3) When arriving at the premises please leave all unnecessary items in your car i.e. jewelry, handbag, water bottle.

4) Ring the bell and step away from the door, to adhere to social distancing.

5) You will be asked if you have any COVID symptoms. If the answer is YES you will be asked to leave and go to your GP or contact Healthline. If the answer is NO then you may enter the premises.

6) You will be given hand sanitiser at the entrance. If you have allergies then please bring your own hand sanitiser.

7) The rest of the session will proceed as usual. Your therapist will be wearing a face mask for the whole session, for your protection.

8) After your session you will NOT be given a glass of water. If you feel you need water during the session please bring your own water bottle, but it is preferred that it remains in your car.

9) Payment by internet banking is preferred, otherwise cash will be accepted but it is preferred to be the exact amount to prevent multiple handling.

10) The clinic, bathroom, front door handles, doorbell will be sanitised and all linen will be replaced between each client’s session. All unnecessary items have been removed from the clinic to facilitate the cleaning process.

It may look like a lot, but it wont take long to get used to it. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Triple R is open for Massage and Bowen Therapy sessions from Thursday 14th May.

These are the COVID-19 symptoms as posted by MoH website on 01 May 2020:

• a cough
• a high temperature (at least 38°C)
• shortness of breath.
• sore throat
• sneezing and runny nose
• temporary loss of smell

These symptoms do not necessarily mean you have COVID-19. The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu.

If you have any of these symptoms PLEASE STAY AT HOME.
