Appointment Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with Ātahu Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (a "no-show") will also result in a $50 no-show fee.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at [email protected]. Your cancellation or reschedule request is not confirmed until you receive a response from our team.
3. Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or may require rescheduling, depending on availability. The full service fee still applies for late arrivals.
4. Payment of Fees
The $50 cancellation or no-show fee must be paid via bank transfer before any future bookings can be confirmed. If the appointment is rescheduled immediately, the fee may be added to your next appointment.
5. No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. If you are not satisfied with the result of your hair service, please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will offer one complimentary adjustment or correction within that time frame, at the discretion of your stylist. If another salon or stylist has altered your hair before we have had the opportunity to assess and correct it, we are no longer responsible for the outcome, and the complimentary redo will be void. By booking and attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

An even blonde which was blended into the roots with the dark ends cut off without going too short.

No bleach highlights for my niece's birthday.
We wanted to avoid bleach and add subtle dimension to her dark hair. Using just highlift colour we were able to achieve this and without a toner which means her hair won't fade and will stay this beautiful chocolatey brown.
Always honoured to do my little family members' hair for the first time 💕

Probably my favourite orange combo ever.
had an unfortunate hair incident while I was on maternity leave. Meaning her hair was very dry, overprocessed and all the wrong colours.
To preserve the health of hair we cut off the worst parts, went a more natural coppery brown on top and only lightened a halo for the orange to go.
This means that we can grow her hair out softly, focusing on repairing the damage done in the past and preparing for our next plan at the end of the year.

Back behind the chair last week, was so nice seeing friendly faces again, and back working with Lindsay in her new studio.
Started off with a red refresh using Matrix ANZ | Pro Education Red SoColour lift & deposit. This means we were able to get a bright red result in one hit without any bleaching.
Saturdays are currently full for the rest of the month and starting to fill up in July too so feel free to msg me for an appointment or click the link in bio.
