Meet James, Point Cut’s newest team member 👋🏼

Originally from the UK, James has called Queenstown home for almost four years. With over 11 years of barbering experience across multiple countries and settings, he brings plenty of experience to the Point Cut team.

For James, barbering isn’t just cutting a clients hair. No two clients are the same. Everyone has their own style and story, making every appointment unique. His approach to barbering and the values he brings to the chair are strongly aligned with Point Cut.

The burst fade is his favourite cut to do, and with it being one of the biggest trends in NZ right now, you’ll be seeing plenty of them in his chair.

When he’s not in the barbershop, you’ll find him on the golf course. Golf is his favourite way to switch off, spend time outdoors and enjoy some friendly competition. With Jacks Point Golf Course right on our doorstep, we reckon James has landed in the right place 😉.
