The Barbara Aguiar Method is a specialised technique designed to treat stretch marks by working on the first layer of the skin through a controlled manual technique.

Every stretch mark is different.
The width, depth, and condition of the stretch mark, as well as the condition of your skin, can influence the treatment and how your skin responds.

When can I expose myself to the sun? Or a swimming pool, spa, or sauna? 60 days after the session. ☀️
Can I go to the beach during my stretch mark treatment?
The answer is NO. 🚫
During your stretch mark treatment, you cannot go to the beach, swim in a pool, use a spa pool or sauna, or expose the treated area to the sun.
Sun exposure must be completely avoided throughout your treatment. ☀️🚫
This is an essential part of your aftercare to protect your skin.

How many sessions do I need for stretch mark treatment?
It depends on the type of stretch marks, their colour, depth and thickness. However, most clients usually need around 3 to 5 sessions.
