Kia ora,
Winter is fully here, and between the cold air and hours spent out on the mountain skiing, our skin needs a little attention.
If you’re looking for a self care , cozy break to deeply nourish your skin, I offer traditional Kobido facial massages brought directly to your home. It’s a gentle treatment designed to melt away muscle tightness, revive your skin after a day in the elements, and help you rest.
If your skin or mind is asking for a quiet, soothing pause this season, I’d be happy to come by. Shotover/Lake Hayes area 😊
📩 Send me a DM for more details and to book your at-home session.
Saturday, Make-up workshop with the amazing Emily Plum
It is never too late to learn how to casual make up properly speaking, without looking like a clown 🤡
It was certainly not an easy one, getting out of our comfort zone for sure, but embracing the idea of seeing myself with some make up because why not ?
Who knows, I might even practice on the weekend to master a new skill 🐱
Not sure if it is the amazing work of Emily but the Arbonne makeup are incredibly light on my skin, didn’t feel any dryness effect during the day. I guess my skin absorbed it very well 😊
Very happy to have learnt something new 🎯
And you what is the last time you did something uncomfortable for yourself but went through the entire process ?

“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
Every time I step into the studio, this quote plays in my mind.
So often, we spend the time given to us rushing. We run through the door, slam it behind us, and unroll our mats in a hurry, completely fueled by the speed and stress of the day. We arrive physically, but our minds are already living in tomorrow.
What I wrote yesterday before the class :
But tonight, I chose to decide differently. I chose the here and now.
Yin Yoga isn’t about magically erasing the chaos of a busy mind. It’s about choosing to sit with it. It’s about witnessing, minute after minute, what happens when calm and stillness finally take over.
But the real decision comes when the practice ends.
If we pack up in a rush, immediately scroll on our phones, and run out the door in the exact same high-speed state we arrived in... we are giving that precious time right back to the chaos.
Tonight, my invitation to you is to protect your bubble. 🫧
When class ends, transition softly. Pack up slowly. Speak in whispers. Carry that heavy, beautiful zen energy out the door and into your night.
This moment, right here, is the time you were given. How are you going to choose to spend it? 🤍
Yesterday, I hopped on camera to chat about the theme of my Sunday yoga class: Vishnu.
In yoga philosophy, Vishnu represents the energy of preservation and support. it’s the support we offer to others, but most importantly, it's about how we show up for ourselves.
But let’s be real for a second. Some days, your energy tank is sitting at zero. You’re lying in bed, idling, wondering: "Why am I so tired today?"
For me Energy isn't always something we have before we start. Often, it’s something we create by moving.
When you decide to just launch the machine, even just a tiny bit, momentum builds upon momentum. Moment after moment, the gears start turning. You don’t need a massive wave of energy to do something good for yourself or others. It can happen right now, exactly as you are, with whatever you've got in the tank.
Here is your friendly sign to shake off the lethargy and get onto the mat, a walk or start to take the right décision for yourself.
At the end of the day, no one else can do the work for you. You are your own best supporter. 🤍
Despite the rain we are ON 🌈
International Day of Yoga - Wanaka
For the past few months, I’ve been fully immersed in the art of Kobido,
Rooted in traditional Japanese medicine, Kobido was born centuries ago as a holistic approach to health and longevity. It uses precise gestures techniques to naturally tone the face and completely calm the nervous system. I find it a very complimentary practice to Face yoga 🧘
It’s a ritual I’ve fallen in love with, and I can’t wait to share it with you, right in the comfort of your own space in Queenstown. 💆♀️✨
Slide into my DMs to book your mobile session. Let’s create your cozy spa moment at home. If you know someone who could benefits from a reset and relax moment you can add her name in the comment :)
