I’ve been the musician chasing gigs, the business woman , the yoga teacher, the beautician, the connector for people, living in survival mode — people pleasing, having to always achieve things to keep myself busy! The Māmā trying to hold it all together…..

For years I thought healing meant fixing myself. I painted a lot without ever doing the decorating….

These days my life is much quieter/simple, no external noise .
