I use The GelBottle hard gel, biab and gel polish and have hundreds of stunning and unique glitters and foils. I use and stock only the highest quality products. I have the utmost respect for your natural nails. All our implements are sanitised using hospital grade disinfectant and I store individual file packs for all my clients. Appointments are essential and can be booked online. Please book in advance to secure the time you want. Terms & Conditions

Cancellations:
If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, and I can't fill your spot, you will incur a fee of 50% of the value of the treatment booked. This will need to be paid before your next appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will incur a fee of 100% of the value of the treatment booked. This will need to be paid before you can rebook. Appointment times:
Please do your best to be on time for your appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule. Starting later than your scheduled time causes delays for those client's booked in after you. Illness:
As frustrating as it is, most of us will get sick at some point. Due to the intimate nature of the work I do, I am unable to work if I'm unwell. Should I be unwell on a day you have an appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Should you be unwell, even if it's just a cough or cold, I kindly ask you to please let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule for another time. Being sick means I cannot work and let other client's down. Children:
Let's face it, kid's can be a little distracting and do not normally encourage relaxation. When you come to Love Thy Nails I want you to enjoy some time out from every day life and relax in my little sanctuary, so kindly request you make arrangements for childcare. Payment plan/pre-payment:
It's nice to treat yourself, but sometimes we don't always have the money available. This is why I offer a payment option. You can nominate a weekly amount to be paid into my bank account, so you will always be in credit. When you come for your appointment, you will not need to pay

Booking an appointment automatically creates an agreement in which you agree to the above terms.
