Although I understand that life happens, to protect my own income and future-proof my business I have updated my appointment policies. These policies are non-negotiable. The following policies are in effect as of today.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 48hrs of your booked appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of the full appointment fee.
If this is an appointment that has been held for you for some time and it cannot be filled by another client, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.
All appointments must be paid on the day via cash or bank transfer. Please note Eftpos is not available.

Financial plans are available ( a good old school lay-buy) to hopefully relieve financial stress and limit cancellation or rescheduling of bookings.
T&C do apply and plans must be in place 3-4 weeks ahead of booking.

Holiday Period:

All December and January appointments will have a required 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Above fees will still apply for cancellations or reschedules during this time.

This is a hard policy for me to put in place but one I feel necessary. I work hard to make sure to provide the best service for each of you. During the holiday season I have to organise and pay for childcare and overheads in advance, removing this stress will enable me to continue to provide the standard I strive for.

NEW CLIENT POLICY
*Within 24 hours of booking a new appointment with Luxe Locks a 50% deposit must be paid to secure booking.
Failure to pay will result in removal of appointment.
Once deposit has been paid, the above appointment policies will be in place and enforced.

Due to MANY people not realising my time is money and that i need that to pay bills and provide for my children these policies will be enforced no matter what!! So please read these and understand i have been left with no choice but to enforce these. I am a small business and a single mother of 3, this business is my passion but is also my livelihood and is not being taken seriously, i have tried incredibly hard to avoid enforcing such policies but unfortunately people have absolutely taken the p**s. So please read please please remember to respect and be kind.
