Weight in 10th August.
I woke up this morning, tired, cold, unmotivated.
Pushed through, fed kids, got them to school, came home, cleaned, did work in B.A.L's WORKSHOP, went to help Jaz, then school pickup, waited for Neo to finish road patrol, dropped boys off at him, went back to jaz, to get Mana, we all went to Netball game, took girls home so they can start dinner.
Went to gym, came home played with my grandchildren, had prayer time, dinner, and shower n bed.
FULL ON DAY!!!.
Tomorrow start again.
Keeping my mind from relapsing into sadness and nothing less, my dad always on my mind.
My children and there safety, my past trauma knocking at my mental door.
Im not letting this deploy my motivation, im doing it! No excuses, not stops.
