Make friends like you were never hurt before. Deepen your friendship and learn to be a good friend.

Hang out with your sister more, because once upon a time it was just you and her and at the end of time she will still be the one by your side. Doing life together, raising children together, growing together. The one that’s seen all the highs and lows even the ones you try keep hidden.

Learn to love yourself deeply, the authentic you with all the rough edges and quirks. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself to be the one everybody needs you to be, not every problem is your problem to deal with.

Be honest and be open, just because the truth might hurt someone isn’t a good enough reason to carry it on your own. If people are going to misuse your trust that’s just them revealing themselves to you.

The journey is not linear, it’s not meant to be. Everything you will experience is to shape and prepare you for the life you deserve and you are deserving, you are not your mistakes and your misfortunes are not your fault, they’re your opportunity to grow and build resilience.

You will be blessed with 3 more boys sent to show you how you deserve to be loved and a beautiful daughter to show you how to love yourself. How you speak to her is how you need to speak to yourself and how you role model to her is a reflection of the woman you have become.
