✨ Lash Appointment Policy – 2026 ✨

As many of you know, I am a busy mum running two businesses at the same time. I truly love what I do and I appreciate every single client who respects my time and work 🤍

To continue providing quality service and to protect my time, family, and loyal clients, I will be strictly enforcing the following rules from 2026:

🔒 No deposit = No appointment
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

❌ Deposits are non-refundable
Any cancellation or no-show within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

⏰ Late policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be sent back.
This is to respect other clients booked after you.

🚫 No-shows & repeated cancellations
Clients who fail to show up or repeatedly cancel will not be able to rebook.
My time is valuable, just like yours.

💖 Respect goes both ways
I understand that life happens — and I have always been accommodating. However, repeated no-shows and extreme lateness affect my business, my family time, and other clients.
Money cannot replace lost time.

To secure an appointment, a $30 deposit will be required, as December is a very busy time of the year and I can’t afford to hold slots without commitment. No deposit, no booking.
