Never ending stream of thank yous.
This is me this evening at the polynesian spa retreat after a soak in the pools and recieving a great swedish massage (relaxed as lol) ... I have been reflecting on my practise lately and thinking about how my body work techniques and sessions have transformed over the years and I smiled at how remarkable the sessions are now. The one thing that remains the same is people are always saying thank you to me. Thank you Wendy... That was great thank you Wendy... Thanks.. Thank you... Thx (lol) ...wow thanks for that massage thank you, thank you, thank you..bless you thank you Wendy.
I love how many ways there are to say thank you.
So now I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of you. For trusting me with your body work and allowing me into your personal space sharing laughter and wow that is amazing facts. Thank you for recommending me to your friends and family. Thank you all for sharing your time out of the universe with me. Thank you everyone and I appreciate you all.

If you have been to see me in the last 2 years chances are that. I would of used some Pani Balms during your session. I have enjoyed using and getting to know these balms alot since 2020 because I have found them quite effective. The next few days I'll be advertising my favourite balms that I have available for purchase. Today a very handy balm for headaches and stress. Rub it on and let yourself exhale. Small jar $15

30 minutes into the session. When your brain is quiet, you are breathing with ease, you might even be snoring, your back feels warm and relaxed and you can smell the amazing balm or oil.
Best part about this moment...
There's another 30 minutes left in your session before you have to go back out into the universe again.

Hello everyone, I am just popping in your news feed, to bring you a smile and maybe a giggle. I hope this finds you all journeying well on your paths.
First of all thank you to everyone that came for a session during 2022.Thank you for trusting me with your body and your energy. Man... didn't we have some great yarns and tripi wow did that actually happen experiences, some amazing synchronosities and experiencing what its like to feel great .. I love that stuff and by crikey I want MORE!
As you can imagine I have been researching, measuring and refining my techniques for the upcoming 2023 sessions that Im sure you will love.
Rather exciting lets go for gold this year. See you all soon.

Gotta love some new beginnings. This morning I went to celebrate a special new beginning of this lovely ladies new clinic/room..Mona Davis is a practising Flinch lock student. Many of you will already have seen her when she was at clinic with me earlier this year. Quite magic she is.. and a big bonus no pain, you don't have to get undressed, and it's actually effective..and I say again no pain and doesn't hurt, which I love.
