Bit of admin before opening 🥱👀

1: You can now book an appointment with me from Monday 20th July 🥳
2: For the privacy and well-being of my family I ask that my address is not shared to anyone else 🫶🏼
3: There are no longer set days/hours for appointments. Life gets busy - we’ll work around it 🙌🏻
4: For safety reasons, I am no longer accepting appointments from new male clients unless you are a trusted friend, family member, past client or a trusted referral from an existing client.
5: Lastly, I have slightly increased my prices 🤠🥲 I combine multiple massage styles into one and I am confident and passionate enough about my mahi to know this is the right decision.

I am so excited to get started and share this space. I look forward to catching up with my regulars and meeting some new faces too 💫✨

Quick jump scare + some quick fire facts about me

1: I never wanted to be a massage therapist 🤣 I wanted to be a forensic pathologist
2: I have a fear of things crawling on me and driving long distances
3: My favourite areas to massage are the head, neck and shoulders ☝🏼
4: I have never broken a bone or had a bleeding nose (I was actually in a major car accident and only walked away with an egg on my head 😅)
5: I prefer reading a book over watching a movie 🍿
6: My favourite massage technique is trigger point therapy and using my elbows 💪🏼
7: My guilty pleasures are researching and good conspiracy theories 🥴
8: I am a Cancer sun, Libra moon and Sag rising - for my astrology queens (with a 12th house stellium ☕️)
9: My first concert I went to was Eminem and my best friends car got impounded on the way down which I was partially at fault for 🫣😅
10: I am highly passionate about the nervous system and it’s affects on the body, I read about this stuff for fun

After a few months of trying to figure out my next steps/goals, I have made the decision to end my lease at The Harmoni Hub.

I am always so grateful for the people who have walked through this space and trusted me with their haerenga.
And I’m also grateful to those who haven’t been able to come in, but have still supported the growth from the sidelines 🙏🏼

I am very excited for what this new space holds, so please bear with me while I make these changes!

I created Sol Therapeutics just over a year ago.

It was a creation of my passion towards helping people find peace and balance in their lives through massage therapy. I had just finished my diploma in massage where I picked up a significant interest in the nervous system and the role it plays in the body. After seeing the benefits of nervous system regulation in myself, I was determined to show others.

Nothing could have prepared me for the intensity, vulnerability and connection this would bring to the space. Once I realised some of my clients were releasing trauma, I knew I wasn’t building “a business”.

I changed my approach from massage therapist to just being myself and sharing my lived experiences & my “woo woo” side. I created a space for safety and calm, where you can come to cry, sleep or laugh. A place to hide from the every day chaos - even if it’s just an hour 🤭
