Kia ora, my name is Kristal Te Arihi Kingi. I am a mama of 12 tamariki (My eldest turning 26 and my youngest is 8 months old) and I am a Nan of 4 mokopuna. I am a Rongoā Practitioner Healer and I am passionate about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through the healing arts of Rongoā Māori and Mirimiri. Drawing upon the ancient wisdom of our tūpuna (ancestors), I craft handmade Rongoā soaps/oils/panipani/Wairakau infused with native plant extracts to bring the essence of Aotearoa into every moment of self-care. Each Rongoa made is a tribute to the natural world, created with love, intention, and respect for the land.

Through Mirimiri, I offer traditional Māori massage, focusing on restoring balance, releasing tension, and connecting you to your wairua (spirit). My practice is guided by tikanga (customs) and aroha (compassion), ensuring a safe and holistic experience for everyone I work with.
