Meet Phoebe… ☺️

Hey I’m Phoebe, a Sports Therapist and massage therapist from the UK who moved to Rotorua last year. I graduated from Bournemouth University with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, which included a year long placement here in New Zealand, working alongside physiotherapists in clinical and pitch side settings.
I have experience in sports massage, injury assessment, injury rehabilitation and joint mobilisations, helping people recover from injury, manage pain and improve their movement and performance. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, everyday aches and pains or want to optimise your recovery, I’m passionate about providing personalised, evidence based care to achieve your goals through massage and exercise prescription.
I’m excited to start this next chapter at Touch and look forward to meeting you.

Phoebe will start us at Touch next Thursday 30th July, Thursday hours 10:30-5:30. For her first two weeks we are offering a 20% discount to get her off to a good start and get to know a few of you.

This is Nelly, she has been at Touch for 4 years now.
She started her massage journey with relaxation massage and gained a certificate at the Windermere campus in Tauranga, NZ - 2010.

After moving home she worked for a Māori organisation in the Health Promotion Services, trained to facilitate and lead programmes, co-ordinate events with the best intentions to provide the best service for whānau. She’s an amazingly talented Kapa haka performer that we all love getting along to support.

In 2021, she completed the bachelor of Sports and Therapeutic massage with extensive education in postural analysis, flexibility, mobility of the human body. And just completed her level 6 massage qualification at the start of 2026.

She’s passionate at providing beneficial massage treatments acknowledging the well-being of different lifestyles along the way, with the best outcome.
