Cancellation/No-Show Policy
To ensure your treatment begins on time, and you receive the most from your experience at Ishoka Hair, we recommend arriving at least 5mins prior to your appointment time. We also understand due to change in your schedule you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask you to give at least 12 hours notice. If less than 12 hours is given a 50% penalty applies, however, in saying that we always make and effort to fill cancelled appointments to avoid charging our customers. Prices subject to change. If no show and we have not be given a reason we will send out a invoice with 50% of the appointment cost.
