Some big life changes, events and exciting times have been happening behind the scenes lately. From our son ending up in hospital and having his second major surgery this year, a tough journey that really shifted how we see things as a family.
We also bought our first home (such a huge milestone!) and moved house, also moving Pakau Skincare into a new space too!

With all of that going on, I pressed pause here for a bit and even during the quiet season, I’m grateful to those of you who continued to place orders and support Pakau Skincare!

In skincare products, hyaluronic acid is valued for its ability to hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water, making it an excellent ingredient for moisturizing and hydrating the skin. It also helps improve skin elasticity and can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Our Jelly Mask not only has 1.5% of Hyaluronic acid in its formula but other key ingredients like chamomile and liquorice extract which has anti aging benefits as well as it helps to soothe sensitive skin.

Did you know that all our products are pH balanced? Why does that matter? Our skin’s natural pH is slightly acidic, typically ranging from 4.7 to 5.75. Maintaining this balance is crucial for a healthy skin barrier, which protects against environmental stressors, bacteria, and moisture loss. That’s why all of our products are formulated to be pH balanced between 5.0-5.8 depending on what the product is.
