Qualified Health Massage Therapist located Tauranga offering Health Massage Therapy, a holistic hands-on approach to support the mental, emotional and physical needs of the body Myofascial Release Therapy and Energy Healings. My main focus has been sports massage until family life and country living took priority. In recent years I have taken up massage again, helping out with sports teams that the family have been involved with. In March 2021 I completed a very interesting course on Myofascial Release Therapy which I have introduced in my practice. The course covered the Fundamentals and Advanced Upper Body and Lower Body. My Reflexology studies are currently on hold as I am exploring the Myofascial Release Therapy, but will be continuing with Reflexology in the near future.
