Another meeting at Waikaraka Park done and dusted. It was a night of starting and finishing in the same position and really feeling like something was quite right with the gearbox. In the 21 car field, heat one finished 13th and heat two finished 4th. Unfortunately while coming off the track after heat two I found out I no longer had 1st gear and once back at the trailer I found out I no longer had 1st, 3rd or reverse and no way of getting out for the final.

Car is now cleaned, back on the hoist and the gearbox out. Hoping to get it all fixed and back racing this weekend.

So proud of this girls racing last night!! Keep an eye out for her at the track she is a epic driver. 😎

First night out back at Waikaraka Park Speedway and we are all super stoaked with how the night went for our first hit out there.

Heat 1 started 1 finished 2nd but due to an unfortunate relegation for the first place getter I was awarded 1st. Heat 2 started 18 finished 9th and in the final started 15th finished 5th.

Now it’s time to start playing around with set ups and get this thing dialed in.
