One Vascu Clear treatment to target these Spider Angiomas on the forehead

Most people have seen a cherry angioma but very few people know what they're called

Cherry angiomas are small collections of dilated blood vessels that appear as bright red, cherry coloured spots on the skin. They become increasingly common with age and are completely benign, but many people choose to have them removed for cosmetic reasons
Using our Vascu Clear ND: YAG laser, we can selectively target the haemoglobin within these unwanted vascular lesions. The absorbed laser energy generates heat, causing the vessel to coagulate while preserving the surrounding tissue.
Small, red and often overlooked but completely treatable.

Haemoglobin is the primary chromophore targeted during Vascu Clear treatments, by selectively absorbing laser energy, haemoglobin converts light into heat, allowing unwanted vascular lesions to be treated while preserving surrounding tissue.

Not all redness comes from inflammation.

Sometimes what you're seeing is a network of tiny blood vessels beneath the skin creating a constant red flush across the face.
This is known as diffuse redness and is commonly associated with rosacea, vascular instability, UV damage, and chronic flushing.

The more we understand what's causing the redness, the better we can determine the most appropriate treatment pathway.
Because redness isn't a skin type. It's a symptom. 👀

Vascu Clear uses 1064nm Long Pulse Nd laser technology to selectively target haemoglobin within visible vessels, delivering controlled heat to unwanted vascular lesions while protecting the surrounding skin

This treatment can be used to improve concerns such as telangiectasia (broken capillaries), diffuse facial redness, flushing, spider angiomas, cherry angiomas, and other superficial vascular irregularities

Suitable for facial redness, rosacea-associated vascularity, broken capillaries, spider angiomas, cherry angiomas, and flushing

ND:YAG or IPL? There isn’t a ‘better’ laser, there are only better options for your concern - here are our thoughts

Not all marks left behind by acne are the same, acne can leave behind a range of different skin changes, each requiring a different treatment approach.

Post-inflammatory erythema (PIE) – persistent red marks caused by vascular changes within the skin.
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) – brown or darker discolouration left behind after inflammation.
Ice pick scars – narrow, deep scars that extend into the dermis.
Boxcar scars – wider, defined depressions with sharp edges.
Rolling scars – broad depressions that create an uneven or undulating skin texture.

Understanding the type of scarring present is essential when building a treatment plan. What works for redness may not improve texture, and what improves texture may not address pigmentation

June is Acne Awareness Month
4 months ago, our focus wasn't acne scarring, It wasn't skin texture, It wasn't microneedling
It was simply getting this client's acne under control.
Through our Acne Stabilisation Program, we focused on reducing inflammation and supporting healthier skin function first. Now, after months of consistency, we're able to start corrective treatments to address the acne scars left behind
