Grey blending - it’s the most viral hair trend right now. But what if you can’t grow your dark brown out for the required 6 months when you’re used to touching up your white roots every 3 weeks?

Let’s start with some gradual lightening to create texture, and start softening the regrowth line. Even going from a 3 week retouch appointment to a 6 week for 4-5 months is going to make a huge difference when we want to do the big transformation.

This is the first appointment for one of our long time clients (3 weekly retouches for the last 7-8 years!) who wants to slowly transition. She’s not ready to go grey yet, but wants a change and wants her time back each month!

This first appointment took 4.5 hours - it included a colour removal, k18 treatment, highlights, root colour, and toner as well as a cut and blowwave. The investment for this type of colour is $450-500

We’ve now doubled her time between retouch appointments (3 weeks to 6 weeks) and we will do another big colour in 4-5 months time.

This is a bite sized way to get the grey blend over the course of a year, instead of doing a grow out for 6 months (hat anyone? 😂) then spending 8-10 hours in the chair one day at a cost of $1500-2000. Both ways work. It’s a joy to be able to offer different options for different people, different situations, different budgets.
